Term of service

By commissioning me, The Artist, you agree to these Terms of Service.

General terms

- The Artist refers to me, Spycycabbage, the individual that getting paid for commission or services. The client refers to the individual that pay or commission for the services.
- In case only Rigging commission, the model file (.psd) must be provided and have proper parts and name.
- I am not responsible for backing up the file after commission delivery.
- The project file (.cmo3) is not released with rigging commissions.
- I have the right to decline any commissions.
- No refunds in any circumstances, unless the Artist wants to cancel/exit the project, but the client will not get any refund if the client initiates the cancellation.
- The final works may be delivery sooner than estimated.
- If the works may be late, I will contact you as soon as possible.
- Any personal information that may be shared during the transaction process will be kept strictly confidential.

Payment

- All of the prices are in USD (United States Dollar)
- Payments must be made through Paypal or other method that I able to use only (You can ask me first)
- Payment without a payment plan must be paid 50% before work begins and the rest must be paid before delivery date.
- Refunds will not be available after commission start.

Usage

- Live2D commissions do not require an additional commercial fee unless it is from an established company/non-indie group or used for merch.
- Live2D model Art commissions do not require an additional commercial fee unless it is from an established company/non-indie group or used for merch.
- Do not claim the work. Please credit me as SpycyCabbage on your social media or streamer panels or credit section. A clickable twitter link would be thankful.
- I reserve the right to use completed commissions as work samples for my portfolio. If you do need private commissions, you have to pay privacy fee.

Payment Plans and booking

- Payment plan is available for old clients only.
- Payment plans are only for payment that more than 300 USD.
- 50% must be paid upfront before I start working and the rest can be done by contact to me first to negotiate the time and price.
- Booking is only available for commissions that plan ahead at least 4 months.
- For Booking, 10% must be paid upfront for booking, at least 40% must be paid before I start working and the rest can be paid before the delivery date.
- No refunds in any circumstances, unless the Artist wants to cancel/exit the project, but the client will not get any refund if the client initiates the cancellation.

Workflow

1. Confirming commission via Chat or DM.
2. Basic briefing and deadline (References or character sheets would be good).
3. Pay at least 50% of total price (You can pay 100% too).
4. I will update Works in Process every weekends (you can tell me if you don't want any updates at all)
5. Pay another 50% or the rest before delivery date or deadline.
6. I send you a finished file via Google Drive or Emails.
7. If there is anything that I missed, please notice me within 3 days after I sent the finished works.
8. Downloads all the files within 30 days.
